AGM and EC Elections 2011 - 22-06-2011
This years AGM will take place at Chilton Village Hall at 7:30 on Wednesday 22nd June. All our young people & their parents/guardians are invited to attend, as well as friends & supporters of our group. The format will be as before - Chairmans report and a short summary from each of the section leaders, followed by a BBQ and a chance to chat.
Also, it is the time of year when we elect our executive committee members for the coming year. Please contact one of our leaders if you are interested in having a more active role our scout group.
As the new "Chestnut Field" houses become occupied, our group will need to grow to accomodate even more young people, and we will need more leaders and adult helpers. Please come along to our meeting and let us know if you think you are able to help our group.
